What fruits should be consumed and what fruits should be avoided during pregnancy? Is there a diet plan for XXXXXXX pregnant women?

Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
In pregnancy you can take apple,banana, pomgranate,grapes,cheeku and all seasonal fruits.
In pregnancy you have to take 3 small and 3 big meal.
Meal contains high protein diet like morning breakfast you can take milk,daliya,fruits,curd etc.
In afternoon dal,roti,sabji,salad,curd.

It is not so important to take non vegetarian food during pregnancy but yes red meat and fish is helpful during pregnancy for growth and development of baby.
