Brief Answer:
decreased/absent blood supply to the area

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir.
I have read your CT scan report.
The right kidney shows wedge-shaped non-enhancing area, which means there is triangular lesion which is not taking up contrast medium. Only the areas in the body which have blood supply enhance, hence it may mean that this area has lack of adequate/absent blood supply.

Differential like infection maybe considered as it also may present as a non-enhancing area, but needs correlation with other signs, symptoms and lab tests to suggest it.
Another cause is a small non-enhancing tumor but less likely, because they do not show the typical wedge configuration.

I would suggest you visit your Physician who can guide you for further tests. A complete workup for cardiovascular system- 2D echo, ECG etc maybe performed to rule out thrombo-embolism as a cause for infarct.
Management will also take into consideration presence of symptoms or other health problems eg blood pressure, diabetes.

Hope I have helped you with your query.
Thank you.
