Brief Answer:
Go to hospital of it is vaginal bleed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Hcm .Thanks for writing in to is with tour health query. Can you tell me wherher the blood was vaginal or rectal and what was the quantity? . If it was vaginal then I would advise you to immediately go to the emergency department of a obstetrics department and get checked as it can be due to placental dislodging which can lead to miscarriage. Till then take bed rest and try to go to hospital as eraly as possible. regards Dr Manisha Jain
