Question: I am XXXX since five years not taken majortablets except cipla ocephet o
1or 2 times
Now since 4 days I am reported WIDAL positive salmonella o and H 1:80 each
Salmonella paragraph ah, bh
1:32 and 1:40 each
For this

I am feeling my fever is fluctuating
Is ok

Feelings uneasiness on hips kidney

Firstly I need to tell you that your Widal test is negative. The titer as in your case is found in normal individuals. It appears you are having viral fever which in most cases is self limiting. Just take acetaminophen if fever. Take adequate rest. Take multivitamin and multimineral supplements. Drink plenty of water. Get haemogram done and kidney function test. Get dengue NS1 and malaria test done.
