Question: Dear Sir,
i am sharing my mother's uterus biopsy HPE report.

IMPRESSION: ENDOMETRIAL ADENOCARCINOMA GRADE II INFILTRATING INNER 1/2 OF MYOMETRIUM.

STAGE : pT16NxHx

is it what stage cancer. it is curable, what we need to take precaution. how many kemo required. kindly tell us

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
As per thebiopsy report, the endometrial carcinoma is stage 2.
Treatment includes staging laparotomy with complete hysterectomy and lymph node dissection.
Chemotherapy is generally not given in endometrial carcinoma, rather she will require radiotherapy.
