Brief Answer:
Possible UTI or other cause of mild inflammation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

Your urinalysis shows a possible but not definite UTI. I am basing this on that you have leukocytes (white blood cells) in the urine and they shouldn't be there. White blood cells in the urine means there is inflammation, usually from infection, but not always. And given that no bacteria were seen on the urinalysis, it's possible that you don't have a bladder infection, or if you do, a very mild one. Confirmation and identification a bladder infection is done by culture, but as you did not have any bacteria to culture, this can't be done.

You don't have a lot of inflammation (or infection) as the leukocytes were only 1+, not a lot of red blood cells, and a little bit of pus.

So treatment should be based on your symptoms. If there is the chance of an STD or prostatitis, this is best treated with antibiotic. If not, you may have a borderline UTI, which you can try treating by pushing lots of water and cranberry juice (or cranberry powder capsules).

But do get a repeat urinalysis in a few weeks to make sure your urinalysis returns to normal.

I hope this information helps.
