You may need clinical correlation and culture/sensitivity of urine.
You may need antibiotics after evaluation.
Drink lot of water.

Your findings may also suggest LDL (type of lipid in blood)towards upper limit.
You should avoid saturated fat.Avoid red meat and high fat milk products.

Other findings are normal.

is UTI dangerous? and LDL? and why in the complete blood count the MCH is 32.1 more than normal range?

and please advise me what to do for the UTI and LDL what kind to examination i need to do

and for the UTI is it the reason why i am feeling a lot of pain when having a full sexual relationship with my husband ?

Dear Dr. XXXXXXX

I went yesturday to a Internist specialist and he recomended to do an ultra sound and i did and it is attached please let me know ur opinion and also regarding the LDL he said it is normal specially that the HDL is so high so no worries
I will send u tomorrow the ultra sound images when i recieve them i am sending u only the ultasound reprt now

The specialist gave me these medicine Utised 100 and Arcoxia 60mg

HDL is considered as good lipid and it is cardioprotective. It is good that you have sufficient number of HDL.
LDL is towards upper limit and at present it is not concerning.But you may need follow up.

Arcoxia 60 mg is for pain relief.

You can send ultrasound images later.
Ultrasound report is almost normal.There are few enlarged inguinal lymph nodes,it may be in response to distal infection etc.
