Brief Answer:
Beta HCG

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Only way you can get assured about the health of pregnancy is by clinical examination by a doctor or by blood tests.

Any threatened or missed abortion can have a brief period of vaginal bleed or pain in the abdomen.

You can also get the urine pregnancy test or blood beta HCG estimation done now to ascertain he health of pregnancy.

Hope, I answered your query.
