Question: Hi Doctor.
I took a 34th USG scan and the report says
single live intrauterine gestation corresponding to 33-34 weeks in cephalic presentation with mild hydoureteronephrosis of fetal right kidney

fetal right kidney measures 61x33mm, shows mild pelvicalyceal and ureter dlation.. right pelvis measure ~11mm x 10mm

Can you plz help me in understanding the complexity ?

Brief Answer:
will be dealt only after delivery

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, after going through all the reports and images it is evident that there is dilatation of kidney and ureter which is a conduit from kidney to urinary bladder for the passage of urine.
Dilatation is usually due to some obstruction at the level of ureter or the junction of ureter with bladder.
This diagnosis can only be made after delivery of the baby and in case correction is needed it will be done only after delivery and is usually a minor procedure.
In case you have any questions further I will be happy to help.

Brief Answer:
usually uneventful future course

Detailed Answer:
Yes sir it is curable and most of the times by a simple surgery.
Most of the times there is no long term implication but surgery always can get complicated in the form of infection or bleeding or incomplete correction.
These side effects are a part and parcel of every surgical procedure so just relax and face it as at least the rate of complication is very low.
Wish you all the best.
