Brief Answer:
Suggestive of PCOD.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
In your ultrasound report uterus and cervix are normal.
In ovaries the presence of multiple follicles in the periphery even if less than 1 cm in size is suggestive of polycystic ovaries. In this disease, there is hormonal disturbance which causes ovarian troubles and hence menstrual disturbance, high chance of diabetes, gaining weight and infertility as well.
The treatment is mainly medical treatment with Oral contraceptive pills for some time till your menstrual cycles become regular. But most important is exercising to lose weight and becoming fit. If exercise is not done then the hormonal imbalance will still be there. Proper diet consisting of low carbohydrates, low fat diet with plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables is needed. Drink plenty of water. Do daily brisk walking for 40 minutes. Avoid junk food, pastries, colas.
The chances of normal ovulation is less from a polycystic ovary. But after adequate treatment a successful ovulation and normal pregnancies have been seen even in bilateral polycystic ovaries.
You can try certain supplements like myo-inositol and pyridoxine. There is a preparation called fertisure - F, it is very good and if taken for 3 months improves egg quality a lot. You can also start with metformin to improve the hormonal imbalance after consulting your gynecologist.
To conclude , PCOD is a very common metabolic disorder these days and is due to western life style and inactivity , can be controlled with proper food , exercise and medical treatment under doctor's guidance.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Hormonal treatment can decrease the bleeding.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Knowing DHEA and Testosterone levels will help in better treatment. A continuous bleeding for 12-15 days can be due to a hormonal imbalance. This can be corrected by taking oral contraceptive pills for 2-3 cycles. D&C is not necessary for diagnosis. Do consult your gynecologist for proper treatment. D&C is done under sedation or anaesthesia. It is not a painful procedure as adequate anaesthesia is given as per the requirement.
Hope my answer is helpful.

The reports are normal.

Detailed Answer:
I have seen all your attached reports. All these reports are normal.
If you want to conceive then you will have to start with ovulation inducing drugs after consulting your gynecologist. You continue taking the herbal products that you are taking till then.

Brief Answer:
Losing extra weight with exercise and diet control will help.

Detailed Answer:
If you are not planning for a baby then there is no need for treatment. You only need to regulate your normal body weight. PCOD causes a problem due to infertility and weight gain. You can take metformin sustained release for metabolic imbalance after consulting your gynecologist. Taking a multivitamin with antioxidants will also help in decreasing the oxidative stress. To regularize the cycles you can opt for oral hormonal pills.
