Detailed Answer:
Hi

I read your query and I understand your concerns

Following is the stepwise reply

1. Diastolic notch in doppler suggests reduced blood supply to baby.

2. Oligohydramnios could be due to same.

3. Cesarean section has to be done immediately.

4. If needed please repeat doppler ultrasound scan repeated from another good scan centre before deciding on surgery.

5. Make it fast. This is emergency.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Dear sir thanks for reply but diastolic notch for right artery only .
Left artery normal flow.
One doctor say us this is bt immengency.
If you had immwdiate seazer then it will create respiration problem to child due to only 35week and 5 days. He was saying wait for 10 days.
So what should do......

Brief Answer:
Repeat doppler

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Let me know which city you stay. If you are in XXXXXXX I can suggest fetal medicine specialist for second doppler opinion.

In your city try finding anyother good fetal medicine specialist or top ultrasound scan centre and get second opinion doppler as this could be wrong.

Is your wife suffering from diabetes or hypertension in pregnancy. Are there any other risk factors.

What is estimated baby weight
