Brief Answer:
Can indicate adenomyosis, please upload report and give more details.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.

Bulky means a uterus that is slightly bigger than normal size.
Non gravid means there is no pregnancy inside.
Anteverted refers to the normal position of the uterus.
Heterogenous myometrial echotexture means that the normal texture of the uterine muscle is altered.
This can happen due to various reasons.
With age, it can be a normal change.

It can indicate thickening of the walls of the uterus - adenomyosis, that manifests as irregular bleeding, pain, heaviness in lower abdomen or heavy menstrual bleeding.

Can you please let me know your symptoms, and why was this scan done ?

I would also appreciate it, if you could upload the exact report and images, instead of typing it out, it will provide me with much more information.

All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.

Brief Answer:
Fibroid removal is necessary.

Detailed Answer:
I would still appreciate if you could scan the report and images and send them, it will add to my diagnostic ability.
You have a fibroid ( myoma ) of a considerable size.
It needs to be removed.
You should have a myomectomy ( removal of the fibroid ) at the earliest to alleviate the symptoms.
Take care.
