Hello,

I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns .

Following is my reply:

1. This is a normal semen analysis report with little decreased motility by 10 percent which is not a problem.

2. I dont think there is problem with your semen which is reason for infertility.

3. You dont need any medicines as everything looks good.

4./ Plese get HSG ( hysterosalpingogram ) test done for your wife.

Dear Sir,
Thanks for the reply, i got late in reverting to it.
Would like to share that my Wife did consulted a local Gynaecologist. She had prescribed some blood tests (conducted on 2nd day of cycle) and an Ultrasound of lower abdomen (conducted on 13th day of menstrual cycle).
I have attached the reports for your review please.
We would be highly obliged with your guidance.
Some details of my wife:
She is 32 years old. Her weight is 63 Kg and height 5 feet 6 inch.
Her menstrual cycle is of 26 days.
Hope the above details would be relevant and suffice the needs.

There is no problem in hormonal and other tests.
