What Does This Semen Analysis Indicate?

Question: Hi,
I did my semen analysis. My test report is attached. Please comment on my condition & ability for reproduction. Please suggest medicine if required.

Your Seen analysis report is near normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your semen analysis report is within normal limits as per WHO standards except the fact that % tage of active motile grade one sperm is 15%up to one hour.(Normal value is more than 20%)

However value of 12-15 % active motile sperms is accepted as a normal by most of the Infertility centers all over the world.

I think you should be able to impregnate your wife provided morphology of the sperm is normal(This is not mentioned in your report).

You can take Clomiphene once on alternate day .This will help to improve sperm motility.
