Brief Answer:
You are having positive post BDR.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Increase of FEV1 more than 12% is characteristic of positive post bronchodilator reversibility (BDR).
And it is suggestive of asthma mostly.
You are not taking treatment according to guidelines.
On the basis of PFT report, you are having severe asthma. And if you don't control it properly, this will definitely worsen over time and hamper all your routine activities.
Inhaled treatment is best for asthma.
You are taking asthalin. It is having salbutamol. It is short acting beta 2 agonist (SABA). It's action lasts for only 1-2 hours. So frequent dosing is required. And hence side effects are higher.
Ideally you should start combination of long acting beta 2 agonist (LABA) and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
Both are having prolonged action for almost 12 hours. So only twice daily dosing is required.
And they are the first line treatment for asthma because they are having excellent efficacy.
Along with these, combination of antihistamine and anti allergic drugs are also beneficial.
So better to consult pulmonologist and discuss all these.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
