Brief Answer:
Diet with more fruits and vegetables is preferred.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.

I have gone through your query. As you are having increased value of both direct and indirect bilirubin as well as alkaline phosphatase an obstructive jaundice or cholelithiasis should be ruled out. An ultrasound examination of abdomen will be helpful to rule out that.

A diet with more fruits and vegetables is preferred for you. The juices of oranges, lemons, grapes, pears, carrots, beets and sugarcane can be taken. Initially started with raw juice diet for 3 to 5 days. Oranges, lemon, sugarcane or carrot can be used. Glucose can be added in these also. XXXXXXX warm water enema if no good bowel movement.

After that you can start the day with lemon juice in XXXXXXX warm water with honey. Followed by break fast with skimmed milk sweetened with honey or jaggery. Then orange or lemon or carrot juice in between break fast and lunch.

Lunch with raw vegetable salad ,whole wheat tortillas and buttermilk. Followed by mid afternoon with coconut water or sugarcane juice.

Then dinner with whole wheat tortillas, vegetable soup , boiled vegetables with lime juice.

Before sleeping can take a glass of skimmed milk also. Taking barley water will be helpful also.

Avoid tea, coffee, condiments, pickles, clarified butter, meats and pulses. Foods which cause fermentation should be avoided also. Bananas also should be avoided better. But can include apple , pear, papayas. Grapes can be used if sure that free from pesticides. Vegetables you can include tomatoes , onions, XXXXXXX leaves , raddish leaves, carrot, egg plant etc. Better drink bottled water which is usually free from heavy metals and pesticides.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Liver enzymes not much elevated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for your follow up query.

Your liver enzymes are not much elevated. It should be repeated again to check whether i get elevated more. Even though liver has damaged it has extensive capacity to regenerate if you go on a supportive diet. The diet i recommend you has essential vitamins and nutrients which helps in regeneration of damaged liver. Hepatoprotector drugs like silymain also will be helpful.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Cholestasis of pregnancy most likely

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for your follow up query.

As she got this condition in pregnancy it is most likely due to cholestasis. This occurs usually due to the action of hormone progesterone. It usually gets normalized after pregnancy. You can continue the drugs Hepamarz, selivon.. But if there is no improvement ultrasound examination should be done to rule out any complications like bile duct obstruction. In such case a consultation with gasteroenterologist will be needed.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
