What Does This Kidney Test Report Regarding Kidney Stones Indicate?
Question: Right kidney measures ~ 81 x 37 mm appear normal in size and shows a calculus measuring ~ 4-5mm in the interpolar calyx. Corticomedullary differentiation appears maintained. No evidence of hydronephrosis seen.
Left kidney measures ~ 98 x 43 mm appear normal in size and shows multiple calculi in upper, mid and lower calyx, largest measuring ~ 4-5mm in the middle calyx. Corticomedullary differentiation appears maintained. No evidence of hydronephrosis seen .Â

After going through the findings of your reports, personally I think that you might need treatment procedure like ESWL which is endoscopic shock wave lithotripsy.
