What Does This Follicular Study Report Indicate?

Question: I am having pcos from last 12 years. Ovaries are huge in volume . Age is 27, married for 3 years now. Trying for baby from last one year. Took ovulation medicines-100 mg in this cycle. On 13th day, right follicle measured 17 mm and left 16 mm. On 14th day, right - 18.3 mm and left -17 mm. Doc has asked for contact for 14-16 the day and gave me HSG injection also on 13th day. What are my chances of conceiving. I am a bit worried as i have PCOS and that too of extreme level. Please guide.
