* It seems there was some developmental problem during your first conception. Actually conception needs healthy ovum & healthy sperm. Raised prolactin hampers ovulation.
From this point of view apart from treatment of High prolactin levels in your case, your husband should be investigated to simple semen analysis (after 3 days abstinence) , to confirm normality of sperm.
* I had seen your ovulation report. It is within normal limits, still reviled few things( The ovulation day though within normal limits, it a bit late& the size of ovum is also smaller at rupture) which indicate some problem with ovulation.

Yes, when ovulation occurs & there is unprotected sex around it, there is chance of conception. Your ovulation study is confirming ovulation- in such condition there is chance of conception.
Still, considering the spotting you had during your first USG scan last time, (accompanied by high prolactin level-) definitely suggested hormonal problem.Embryo needs good hormonal supply for it's growth after fertilization. & union of ovum & sperm)You will understand now,that just conceiving is not important,we should think of outcome.
So following the slogan Prevention is better than cure.. it's wise to assure good hormonal provision for maturity of ovum( before ovulation) & developing embryo after conception. that's why I had suggested for investigations & treating the basic cause & treat it before conception ( which is matter of few months )
So you need to be in a close observation by endocrinologist/ gynecologist & safeguard future of pregnancy.
