What Does This Fecalysis Report Indicate?

Question: I had a fecalysis on 04/21/2016. What stood out in the results are the red blood cell count of 5-7/ hpf and bacteria count as many. Is either of these a matter for concern? Also following is the complete report

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

Your stool analysis report suggest 5 to 7 RBCs. Rest all findings are normal.

But Rbc's in stool suggest some bleeding. You may have some piles or fissure or some internal cause. You should go for per rectal examination and ultrasound abdomen once to search the cause of bleeding. You should also go for occult stool blood test.
