Brief Answer:
Don't worry much.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
Welcome to HCM,

Tricuspid valve regurgitation is most common condition, usually need not worry much if not associated with clinical symptoms, like shortness of breath, fatigue swelling in abdomen and legs, pulsing in the neck.

Benign tumor is one of the cause but not the common cause.
It is usually associated with pulmonary hypertension, which should be taken care of.
