Question: My diastolic blood pressure runs between 80-90 is this normal, and what can I do to reduce the reading. I am a 67 year old male.

Why would you reduce it when it is normal diastolic blood pressure. It is important that it is not higher than 100 or lower than 70= so you don't have to be concerned. Also,systolic pressure is more important than diastolic and it should be held below 140. Wish you good health. Regards
