Brief Answer:
she needs to be under strict medical supervision(preferably her Gynecologist)

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome back to HCM..

I've gone through your query and understand your concern for your wife..

Yes I've gone through her recent reports and compared them to her previous reports also..

You haven't mentioned how long is she getting fever..please let me know how many days so far..

Good news is, even though her Dengue NS1 positive, she's maintaining a good platelet count and good hematocrit level which is extremely important considering the 2nd trimester of pregnancy..

There is mild hepatic dysfunction which is among the features of dengue viral fever, it's not severe but she needs to be again rechecked in serial interval of 2-3 days, depending upon her clinical features..

The urine dip-stick is not really a reliable investigation in this case, however it doesn't show much of findings, but still get urine routine and microscopy done..

Please ensure to keep her well hydrated, drink a lot of water(3-3.5 ltr per day)..for fever(only if it's spiking above 100 degree fahrenheit) she can take Tab PARACETAMOL 650 mg Two to Three times day for the time being..

Avoid any strenuous activities, keep her rested..

Platelet counts and Hemoglobin/hematocrit(HB/PCV) should be rechecked in serial interval too, ideally once daily right now for next few days (exact day count is only possible to state after examining her clinically)..

Remain extra cautious for any type of redness/rashes/itching over any part of body..

Please keep in touch with your Gynecologist for routine check-up on her as well as the baby daily(starting from now only), keep her informed about the reports too..

Don't worry for now but if she exhibits any signs of respiratory distress/ pain abdomen then please don't delay and take her immediately to your nearest Hospital for prompt medical attention and management accordingly..

Please keep her under observation..

Let me know if there's any further doubts..

Take Care
Kind Regards
