What Does This Chest X-ray Indicate?
Question: My wife has done a X-RAY-Chest PA. The report shows below findings:
1) Broncho vascular markings of both Lung fields are slightly accentuated (In Bold Letters)
2) However, no consolidation or collapse of lungs seen
3) Both hilum are slightly congested (In Bold Letters)
4) Costophrenic angles are clear
5) Cardio-thoracic ratio is normal
6) Bony thorax is normal
7) Both Domes of diapharagm are regular and smooth
Request you to please suggest what does the above report indicates? What action we need to take on this.

The two lines written in bold can be found normally or can be due to bronchitis issues.
This report needs to be co related with the clinical symptoms.
In case a patient who has no problems get this is routine check up, I will not give this importance. But if any one has any symptoms associated, I need to workout accordingly.
So, please mention what symptoms does your wife has.
