Brief Answer:
Needs further tests

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your query.
I think I can help you.

HbA1C is typically more significant for being high and therefore indicating diabetes.
In your case it's low. Your corresponding sugars are also low.
So I can say that, it is not much significant to you if you do not have any symptoms.

The creatinine of 1.4 might be a machine variation. So again, if you have no symptoms, again it may be insignificant. Besides , it may be high if you are not taking adequate fluids, it may be falsely high.

However it would be safer to test further.
Ultrasound abdomen , urine microalbumin, urea, insulin levels are also needed. Hydrate yourself well (drinking plenty of water) and retest creatinine.

Do let me know if you have any symptom set. Why were the tests done ?

Best of luck, Dr Mittal.
