Brief Answer:
It may occur in pregnancy also.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.

I have seen your blood reports and in my opinion findings in your reports are normal during pregnancy. I am thinking it is due to pregnancy because you are not mentioning any other symptoms like fever, pain, lymph node etc. Absolute neutrophilia and monocytosis may occur in bacterial and viral infection and leukaemia also. I want to ask a question whether your TORCH test was done or not?

Please if you are having any other problem associated with blood reports kindly revert back to me. I think then only I am able to give you the exact cause of your report.

But in my opinion for to be safer side you should consult a haematologist (if possible) with your reports to rule out the other causes also (some causes may be life threatening also).

Hope I have answered your query if you have further questions I will be happy to help you.
Good luck.
Regards
Dr. Richa
