Brief Answer:
His vitamin B12 level is normal and CK level is high normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
His vitamin B12 level is normal. It may be checked for vitamin b12 deficiency. So he has no any vitamin b12 deficiency.

Ck is creatinine kinase present in muscle. Its high level in blood indicate muscle injury, dystrophy or other skeletal muscle disorder. But your son has high normal range of CK. It is non specific. It can be increased slightly in IM injection, exercise, high muscle mass etc. So it is not diagnostic. No need to worry about that. Just be relaxed.

Please tell me his symptoms so that I can help you further.

Hope I have answered your question. If you still have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.

Brief Answer:
He may have attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Lack of attention, inability to concentrate, hyperactivity all the symptoms are commonly seen in attention deficit hyperactivity disorders. There is no blood test or confirmatory test available to diagnose attention deficit hyperactivity disorders. You should consult pediatrician. It is purely a symptoms based diagnosis. Lots of history and examination is needed to diagnose that.
Blood test is not useful. Consult your pediatrician and plan accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
