Brief Answer:
lack of space, wisdom teeth removal, maxillofacial surgeon

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query and the image.

As per the images, both the wisdom teeth need to be removed since they both does not have space to erupt into oral cavity. If you leave it without extraction, it might result in repeated gum infection and it might damage the adjacent teeth since that area is difficult to cleanse. So consult a good oral and maxillofacial surgeon and get it removed.

I hope I have answered your query. if you have any queries reply me back.
Take care

Thanks doctor. How soon i should get it removed ? My doctor says i have to go through general anesthesia and get all four removed. Any complications to my nerves. I am in US and little worried.

Brief Answer:
get it removed when it troubles, local anesthesia

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your reply.
You can get all the wisdom teeth removed when it troubles, it is not an emergency issue. It can be done under local anesthesia. Two teeth at a time can be removed. It might cost you more in US, If are coming to XXXXXXX (if you are from india) get it done here it will cost you less. The tooth is quite away from the nerve so nothing to worry about nerve damage.
I hope I have answered your query. if you any queries reply me back. take care.

Brief Answer:
medication, oral hygiene maintainance

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your reply.
when you develop infection you can take a course of antibiotics preferably amoxicillin and metronidazole combination(if you are not allergic) for 5 days and stop it. Maintain oral hygiene by brushing teeth morning and night. Rinse your mouth soon after eating anything. Do not allow food debris to get accumulated there. You can take a chance till you develop severe infection. If you cannot bear the pain and infection at that time get it removed.
I hope I have answered your query. If you have any queries reply me back. take care.

Brief Answer:
mouth wash play a role

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your reply.
Yes, mouth wash do play a role by its antiseptic action but you cannot use it for long time, because it stains the teeth. Instead you can use warm salt water gargling morning and night daily.
