What Does This TB Blood Test Report Indicate?

Question: Lateral TB detected for 29 year old Female around 11 months ago. So she has undergone treatment for 6 months. Now, after testing it again (TB FERON TEST) its even increased. Please suggest.

If u want the test results i can upload both before and after results.

Hey Doc...i forgot to update that the patient is my wife. Actually, we are trying to conceive. As Part of the process, she had to undergo laparoscopy surgery. The Tissue Sample is tested for TB-PCR Real Time PCR test and its report is attached as New Doc 3_1. Please check it now.

The Doctor has told us that she has lateral TB in her tubes after seeing the report. She does not have pulmonary TB i think....Thanks a lot doc.

Honestly speaking, there is no role, TB interferon test after completion of treatment.
So no need to worry much if report stays positive even after completing anti tubercular treatment.

2. Was she having pulmonary tuberculosis or tuberculosis elsewhere in the body?

So she is having gynecological tuberculosis.
Can you please tell me
1. What were her symptoms? Like was she having abdominal pain or menstrual abnormality?
2. From where the Biopsy was taken?
Is it from fallopian tube or adnexa or peritoneum?
3. Is she having any symptoms at present?
