It is normal that squamous cells are present on papa smear and you have detected HPV virus which is obviously not type 16 or 18 which are ale to cause cervical cancer. So there are no suspicous cells or suspicious tissue and there is no carcinogenic type of HPV. it means that there is no danger of malignancy and 6 months is even to short period for follow up and generally it is recommended to repeat PAPA in 1 years if results are like this.
