What Does This MRI Report Of The Brain Indicate?

Question: My Sons MRi shows the report as following
The Scan Reveals:-
There is a well defined lesion is seen in the left high parietal lobe, appearing isointense on T1 and heterogeneously hyper intense on T2-weighted images with marked blooming on GRE sequence. It measures 9mm in size.

He is just 8 years old & has some episodes of convulsion.
