Brief Answer:
Can be managed with drugs

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. The nerve stretching can be managed with drugs like pregablin (cap.metneurobion P) along with thiospas A4 mg.l have seen the MRI report and film.It is suggestive of improvement with above drugs.
The changes described are of degenerative nature and at a different level, can occur after surgery.
Do you have radiating pain in upper limbs?
Looking forward to your reply.
Take care

I have gone through your reply carefully and quite hopeful of improvement with following measures-
1.No head loading and may do gentle neck exercises along with hot water fomentation.
2.Cap.Metneurobion P 75 mg once daily for 3 days at bedtime then twice daily for 7 days. It may cause sedation/dizziness initially.
3.Tab.Thiospas 8 mg twice daily for 7 days after meal.
