Question: 15 mm thick heterogeneous endometrial stripe complex is seen.
This may be from versus endometrial abnormality. Further
correlation is recommended.

Heterogeneous myometrium with irregular scattered echoes, diffuse
fibroid disease/mass versus diffuse adenomyosis. If clinically
indicated, pelvic MRI can be helpful in this patient.

Brief Answer:
For now, we need more information to be certain about cause!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these very disturbing findings and all the inconveniences that this has caused you. I understand how tensed you are and the need for immediate definitive answers. unfortunately, these findings only guide us to pursue further investigations to pinpoint the cause and treat early and adequately.

Given your age, if you have no further desire to have children, I will recommend that you take the option of hysterectomy is that is mentioned. This would help you get the uterus out and forget of all the possible disease that may be associated with this. Surgery would also permit the uterus to be examined in the laboratory for tissue diagnosis which is the gold standard in diagnosing disease conditions similar to this.

I hope this helps. Keep a cool head. The worse scenario is not identifying a problem. With it identified already, it is a a very important step that would lead to treatment and prevention of possible complications.

Keep me updated! I wish you well and thanks for using our services. I am very much available to address any concerns and worries that you may still have at this time.
