What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

Question: After symptoms of neck pain, MRI results:
C5/6 shows evidence of right paracentral and posterocentral disc protrusion causing thecal sac indentation with mild impingement of right exiting nerve root.
Disc dehydration at C4/5 and C5/6.
No significant spinal canal stenosis.
Blood test results:
Neutrophils 86%, Lymphocytes 10%, ESR 12/hr, Mean corpuscular Hb Con. 34.53%
