I have gone through the details. I think you are referring to the FNAC report of a lymph node.

With this information the only conclusion which can be drawn is that the node is not normal. This picture can appear in a wide variety of conditions like infections, reactive node enlargement, autoimmune conditions and sometimes malignancy.

A biopsy is warranted.
