Some of the symptoms include lightheadedness, shortness of breath, palpitations, etc. Treatment usually includes finding the cause for tachycardia (the increase in heart rate) and treating or eliminating it. But the medications more commonly used are calcium-channel blockers, digoxin and beta-blockers
2. PRI = 112: The PRI (PR interval) is normally between 120 - 200 ms; in your case it has found to be 112 ms
3. Negative precordial T-waves borderline: Negative precordial T-waves occurs when the 'T' wave in the heart is hyper acute or when it is larger than the V6 (not typical). This is just borderline, and should not currently be a cause for concern. But it does predispose to coronary artery disease in the future, so it would be worth bringing it up with your doctor.
