NORMAL ECG
Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic
The ECG is NORMAL
The pain is not suggestive of heart at all … / sounds like chest wall muscle pain… from posture, spasm etc..
Your symptoms do not suggest Coronary Artery Disease (CAD). However, If you want absolute peace of mind, it is better to have a Treadmill Exercise Electrocardiogram (TMT). If it is normal, nothing to do – except to repeat after a few years….. You also get tested for sugar and cholesterol (Lipid Profile)
_____________________________________________________________
You are overweight / Your BMI is 29.1 [Normal 18.5 to 24.9 / Obese 30 or more]
Weight is like bank account – reduces by withdrawing more (physical work) and/or deposit less (eat less). See a dietician – modify the quantity & quality of food. Exercise is must. There is no officially approved medicine without side effects.
Slow steady reduction – 2 KG a week, is safe.
Good luck
God bless you
sugar & cholesterol report

Glucose -post prandial :128
Lipid profile (mg/dl)
Cholesterol :265
HDL :58
LDL: 150
TG:285
TC/HDL :4.6
i have to go for treatment or only food & excise is sufficient?
cholestrol
Both Life Style changes AND drugs are necessary
Detailed Answer:
Hi
HDL is good cholesterol – higher, the better.
LDL is bad cholesterol – lower, the better. In the absence of any other risk factor 100 is ideal for LDL-C. In the presence of other diseases (especially Diabetes and/or established heart disease), 70 should be the aim.
Keep your weight to normal / even a little less
Do regular EXERCISE – say walking or jogging - 30 minutes a day / at least 5 days in a week. Isometric exercise (like bull worker) is bad.
Healthy FOOD is a must. Avoid saturated fats – coconut oil, palm oil, butter, ghee, full cream milk...Avoid junk foods in particular – French fries have palm oil / Pizza has cheese / XXXXXXX sweets are made in ghee.../ Change to Poly-un-saturated oil – like sun flower oil. / Include Mono-un-saturated oil – Olive oil.
Repeat the test in 2 months.
Cholesterol can still be high, in spite of diet and exercise – you need drugs; because it is also manufactured in the liver – and that is determined by heredity. Statin is the first choice. Some start it straight away – even with normal levels, even without problems (Primary Prophylaxis).
Your LDL is rather high and is not likely to be controlled by diet and exercise. You will need drugs. Start with a statin – for example, Atorvastatin; start 20 mg; if after 2monthe the level is still high step up – the dose is up to 80 mg ... and/or you can add Ezetimibe 10 mg. Check again in 2 months…
