Brief Answer:
There is no need to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr XXXXXXX

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms. I have also seen your CT brain report.

As per the report, there is on old fracture, but there is no bleeding inside the brain.

The headache and giddiness would subside in a few days. You may take Aceclofenac tablets for pain relief, and vertin tablets for relief of giddiness.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,

Brief Answer:
Vertin 8 mg is fine.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

Vertin 8 mg is fine, if needed, you can take upto a maximum dose of 16 mg three times daily (48 mg is the highest safe dose of Vertin per day). Higher dose of Vertin would be needed if you continue to feel dizzy or giddy with 8 mg dose.

Best wishes,

Hi,

Thank you for your quick replies. I took complete rest yesterday, today I went to work. I took virtin 8 mg and acceclofenace today after lunch. Though I was feeling bit better yesterday, I am feeling bit heavier head and uneasy today and not able to take food comfortably and feeling vomiting sensation. Do I need to consult Doctor in person. I am worried. Do I wait for 5 days taking virtin and acceclofenac.

Looking forward for your reply.
