What Does The Sperm Analysis Report Suggest?

Question: Doctor, I went for sperm analysis just 24 hours after masturbation. Is there any problem? Is a gap of 3 days necessary? The result of the analysis is as follows.

Fast progressive 20%
Slow progressive 40%

3 days gap is ideal before giving semen sample.

As of now your semen sample seems to be fine and not a reason to worry.

You dont need any medicines and you can father a child easily.

Should new analysis be done after three days? Does the three day gap play an important role in terms of the total count?

I suggest you repeat the semen analysis in a better standardized laboratory after 3 days gap.
