Brief Answer:
With improved semen quality, you should be able to father a child

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

The chances of you fathering a child normally improves with more rapidly motile sperms. Your sperm count is sufficient but if that can be improved upon, the chances become more. Similarly if you have less dead sperms.
There are no significant amount of pus cells which is a good sign and excludes infections.
When people with your kind of semen result, I examine them for varicocoel . If it is present and corrected, it would improve the quality of semen.
Similarly there are medicines to improve the sperm count.
So do not be disappointed.
See a urologist in your area and after examination, he will advise you on the best course of action.
Wish you all the best

Brief Answer:
Chek if there is a correctable problem

Detailed Answer:
You don't have to travel to your country to see a doctor.
A doctor near your place of work should be able to examine you to see if you have a varicocoel.
If you have then you can think of what may be done and where.
The use of supplements without knowing the problem may not be advisable.
