Brief Answer:
This could be due to inflammation or a cancer like multiple myeloma
Detailed Answer:
Hello
I had gone through your question and I can understand your concern
I see patients with liver disease in my clinic routinely and I will definitely help you as well in best possible way

Looking at your blood reports and symptoms it could be due to an infection or cancerous conditions like multiple myeloma
I would like further information to help you better like
your age sex and complete medical history like your weight height history of diabetes or thyroid disease
do you consume liquor?
If you can upload your complete blood reports including SGPT or SGOT enzymes and CBC that will be a great help in diagnosing your disease exactly

I would advise you to get an ultrasound for liver gall bladder and pancreas

Stomach pain and discomfort could be related to stomach hyperacidity and acid peptic disease
you can ask your doctor for anti acidity medicines for symptomatic relief

waiting for your reply
follow up questions are most welcome
wishing you good health
