Brief Answer:
Positive exercise test

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

I am happy you took the tread mill test (TMT). It means that you are very vulnerable to a heart attack under stress. It can be either emotional or exercise related.
Here are my suggestion

You will need to meet a cardiologist as soon as possible for a coronary angiogram. There might be block in your arteries which will need stenting

In the mean time here are some suggestions

1. Avoid smoking completely
2. Do not eat heavy meals.
3. Do not engage in strenuous activities including climbing of stairs
4. Avoid driving.

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
