Brief Answer:
Due to various causes

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Slow heart rate or bradycardia of the fetus in early pregnancy can be due to various causes like chromosomal anomalies, impending abortion, congenital heart block and congenital heart diseases.
I will suggest her to get a repeat scan after 7-10 days to confirm the fetal viability.
If the fetus is still viable after 10 days, then NT/NB scan at 10-14 weeks, double marker test and anomaly scan at 18-20 weeks should be done to rule out any chromosomal anomaly.
Fetal echo is advised at 22-24 weeks.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
