Question: My name sathisn age 29 my seminal analysis report. Total count : 114.2 million/ ml. Motility : 75%, actively : 55%, sluggish : 20%, dead : 25%, pus cells : 8-10/hpf. Color : pale white. , volume : 1.25 ml . reaction : alkaline. Consistence : viscous, liquefaction time : 25mts . semen fructose, pls tell me any problem in me ?

Thanks for posting a detailed report.
The report of semen analysis is apparently normal.

The count is very very good and negates the effect of sluggish and dead sperms.
75 % of active actively motile sperms is also a good indication.
Pus cells are not much t be bothered about as many sperms without tail appear as pus cells, hence this does not really matter much.

rest of the things are within normal limits.

This report indicates that you can father a child, if this is what you are asking for.
