The report says placenta posterior in upper segment wid grade 3.
The baby's weight is 3470 gms at 36 weeks.
Ongoing pregnancy of 39.9 weeks is estimated as per report.
This is my first pregnancy and I am bit worried.

Brief Answer:
Go to emergency tomorrow

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I understand your anxiety dear.
You need to go to the emergency room tomorrow and get induced labor pains as liquor pocket is very less along with decreased fetal movements.
So don't take it lightly and visit your doctor.
All the best

Dr Manisha
