What Does The Following Lumbosacral X-ray Report Indicate?

Question: In continuation to your last advice:
Post your consultation, I checked with a neurologist. I was being advised Lumbo spine x ray which I got done.
Report attached, pl give your comments.
Although I have not done any exercise or taken any medication, which I generally avoid but I am feeling LITTLE better. But not 100% comfortable. Pain is still felt in different part of both legs.
Pl advice on treatment and exercises which can be helpful. Also let me know if any medication need to be taken, although I avoid the same.
Anything need to be changed in daily routine, Sleeping posture, driving posture, diet etc etc.

Hello XXXXXXX
I have gone through your question and x ray reports.
There is no compression at the spinal level by any bone.
You need to get vitamin D levels checked.
If pain and radiation don't improve, then MRI may be required for detecting disc prolapse.
Back extension exercises can be started under the guidance of a physiotherapist.
Pain modulator drug like pregabalin can be started at 50 mg night dosage.
A daily vitamin supplement can be taken (Rejunex CD3).
Avoid stooping forward, lifting heavy objects, sitting in squatting or crossed leg position.
