Brief Answer:
Hi

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Thanks for writing..
I understand your concern..

For ovulation to occur the ovary should have a dominent follicle of size 20mm.. But in this scan report unfortunately no dominant follicle is noted on day 12.. There is multiple small follicles in both ovaries which might be due to PCOS.But endometrium is favourable for conception..

Can you please upload the scan report for confirmation?

I would suggest to repeat a follicular study on day 14 to see for dominent follicles once again before discarding this cycle..

If no dominent follicle in this cycle you might require an ovulation induction in the next cycle..

Hope I have answered your query. Feel free to ask any doubts. Good day..
