Brief Answer:
You have nothing to worry about!

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

I understand your concern and would explain that absolute values of total cholesterol or LDL are not true indicators of your cardio-vascular risk related to your blood lipid profile.

Total cholesterol/HDL ratio and LDL/HDL ratio are better indicators. In your case these calculated ratios are respectively 3.6 and 2.4, which are perfectly normal.

This means that you do not suffer from dyslipidemia and do not need any treatment. You are not at any increased cardio-vascular risk.

So, there is nothing to worry about!

Hope to have been helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
