What Does The Following Blood Test Report Indicate?

Question: I am 9 weeks pregnant. This past Saturday I got some sort of a stomach bug/food poisoning - I woke up with nausea, chills, diarrhea and vomiting. However, no fever. Since I could not keep fluids down, I went to the emergency room to avoid dehydration. I got 2 IVs ,zofran and felt better after some hours. Upon discharge the doctor mentioned that I had an elevated white blood cell count when I first came - 16. The next day I felt completely normal as I do until today. I followed up with my OB-GYN, as instructed and she noticed the WBC count and said that it was "concerning". She had me repeat it and now I am going out of my mind thinking that I have leukemia, lymphoma or some such nasty thing. Moreover when I went through the results I also noticed neutrophil count is high as well while lymphocyte count is low.
I am very worried and waiting for the results is torture. Could a stomach bug (it did seem a lot like it) cause such an elevation? Can you review my bloodwork results to see if there is anything there that would indicate something more sinister than an infection?

Brief Answer:
No need to worry about leukemia or lymphoma.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your total wbc count is slightly high with high neutrophil count and low lymphocytes count. It is very common in simple infection or in pregnancy.

There no chance of leukemia or lymphoma at all. So don't worry about that. Just be relaxed.

Just repeat your complete blood count to check whether infection is there or not. Mild increase in total count is normal in pregnancy.

So no need to big worry. Just be relaxed.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
