Question: today my wife went for ultra sound study of abdomen with ct screening. The consultant radiologist
impressed "mild hepatomegaly with fatty changes"--is this injurious to liver?

mild hepatomegaly and fatty changes are not indicative of serious liver damage, however it does indicate that there are factors causing changes in liver tissue.
